Andrea McCormick is an Artist and Entertainment Executive. Her projects span the globe as a Writer, Director, Choreographer, and Designer in Live Entertainment, Film, Commercial, Events, and Media content. Andrea resides as Artistic Director at American Music Theatre, an Academy of Country Music Award multi nominee for ‘Best Venue’ and 1,600-seat concert venue that features Celebrity Concerts and Andrea’s Original Shows including the nationally acclaimed AMT Christmas Show, often compared to Radio City, and known for its sold-out performances. Andrea has created and designed entertainment for global brands including Celebrity Cruises, Holland America, MSC Cruises, Azamara Cruises, SHEETZ, Sight & Sound Theatres, Sight & Sound FILMS, RWS Entertainment, and more! Andrea Created, Directed, and Designed live concerts for NBC’s The VOICE winners- Girl Named Tom and James Wolpert. She was selected as a finalist by Cirque du Soleil in their global search for new creative works for their annual One Drop series in Las Vegas and has appeared on the Lifetime Network Television show DANCE MOMS w/ Abby Lee as a guest judge.

Andrea is a former Broadway performer with credentials in numerous productions after receiving her BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Credits include- Broadway and 1st National Tour The Wizard of Oz starring Mickey Rooney and Eartha Kitt (Grammy nominated recording), Footloose (directed by Walter Bobbie). A career favorite for Andrea was working with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame songwriting team Gamble and Huff and Mr. Lou Rawls on the original musical Me and Mrs. Jones, directed by Broadway’s Charles Randolph Wright.

Andrea teaches workshops/master classes across the country in Audition Technique, Voice, Acting and Dance. Her students have gone on to have successful careers on Broadway, Film, and TV. Andrea’s many students have attended the top schools in the country including New York University TISCH School of the Arts, Carnegie Mellon University, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, and many more!
