Jaime grew up in Calgary, Canada, where she danced throughout her childhood at local dance studios. She then went on dance for Carnival Cruise Lines for almost seven years as a lead dancer and dance captain, as well as one season with Kloetzel&Co., a modern dance company based in Calgary. She holds a Certificate of Excellence from the Broadway Dance Center and a Bachelors Degree in Contemporary Dance from the University of Calgary.
In 2018, Jaime became the lead booking agent at Lime Entertainment, a talent representation agency specializing in cruise ships. While at Lime, Jaime developed strong relationships with casting directors from multiple cruise lines, as well as theme parks across the globe. It was in this role that she found her true passion: helping young performers succeed. Helping them to land that dream job, get on stage, and get paid for it. She truly wants performers performing!
She is now the founder and director of Rogue Talent Management, which launched in Spring 2025. Rogue focuses on mentorship, assisting young performers on their journey from class to contract. With TAPS launching in September 2026, she’s got one wild and crazy year ahead of her! But she couldn’t be more excited. To coach and mentor young performers while exposing them to the most incredible faculty out there — what a dream! Jaime also freelances as a panel speaker, choreographer and guest teacher, all while keeping up with her husband and 3 children (with a 4th on the way)!
