Miyah Henderson lived and trained in Atlanta, GA for most of her childhood. She moved to New York in 2016, and now considers NYC her home. She graduated with a BFA in Commercial Dance and a Minor in Creative Writing from Pace University in 2020. Miyah is now signed with Clear Talent Group in both NYC and LA and has had the opportunity to work bicoastal over the last couple of years.

She can be seen in the feature film “IF” starring Ryan Reynolds , choreographed by Mandy Moore and assisted by Al Blackstone, and Vanessa Williams music video for her comeback single “Legs” , choreographed by Rickey Tripp. She was a swing for the  immersive show “Hypnotique”, choreographed by Whitney Sprayberry, at the McKittrick Hotel and performed in this holiday season’s production of the Big Apple Circus, choreographed by Theresa Stone, at Lincoln Center. Miyah has also had the opportunity to perform with artists such as Lana Del Ray at Fenway Park. Miyah most recently danced in Gigi Hadid’s “You Can’t Stop the Beat” visual that was released in the March issue of VOGUE.

Miyah loves to perform, but she fell in love with teaching in her teenage years. Miyah wholeheartedly believes in providing dancers a space to flourish as a human and thrive as an artist.
